Primary Accountabilities:

The Market Loss Prevention Manager will conduct investigations in response to exception reports, stores with high shrink percentages, cash shortages, and other loss associated with employee dishonesty. The Market Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for quickly identifying losses and developing and implementing a corrective action plan to minimize the associated liability.

Investigations will include the interview of suspect individuals based on information from exception reports, covert camera installations, surveillance’s, paperwork trails and other evidence of known or suspected losses.

Upon the successful conclusion of an investigation the Market Loss Prevention Manager will provide a report detailing all findings of the investigation. When prosecution is desired the Investigator will act as a witness for the client/company during the legal proceedings of the police departments and the courts.

The Market Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for conducting operational audits within their assigned region. The Investigator will be responsible for understanding the scope of the audit for each customer and the number of audits that must be completed.

• The Market Loss Prevention Manager will Provide LP training and awareness.

• The Market Loss Prevention Manager will Assist with development and/or refinement of LP programs.

• The Market Loss Prevention Manager will Support customer stores to minimize loss of assets.

• The Market Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible to act according to all policies and procedures designated by LP Innovations, Inc.

Skills/requirements

• A degree from an accredited college in Criminal Justice or related fields

• Certification in Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates basic and advanced interview/interrogation training.

• Extensive experience in conducting interviews resulting in written confessions that have been successfully utilized for prosecution or civil restitution.
